Richard Bragna is the President and Co-Founder of GigaTech Global. He has more than 15 years of experience across institutional finance, capital introduction, M&A, wealth management, secondary markets, real estate private equity, digital assets, and strategic advisory. Richard received his MBA from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State and has held multiple securities licenses, including Series 7, 63, and 99. His career includes institutional sales experience with GSEC, advisory work across private placements and secondary transactions, and a long-standing role as Partner at Portable PM, where he has helped facilitate significant deal flow across multiple sectors. At GigaTech, Richard's capital markets experience, transaction background, and entrepreneurial approach support the company's efforts to build its team, partner network, and investor relationships.
